Cell C
Phone line locked for no reason

I am seriously peeved off with Cell C. They have locked my cellphone line for no reason. My account is up to date. I have not received any notification from them via sms to say funds were reversed. My debit order comes off my account on the 26th of every month. Today is the 24th of the next month- my bank has paid this debit order and yet my line is suspended. I am not getting any joy from the call center as they continue to say that there is no issue with my account but they have still locked it.
