087 805 1001 miss called me 10h35 & called 12h16. Mofokoshepi or similar.

Read the usual bull about how wonderful a customer I've been & that I'm eligible for an upgrade.

I explained slowly that I've told them countless times that they must first provide a signal in my area sufficiently strong to support a voice call when I need it & THEN discuss upgrades.

I explained that they are in defiance of the CPA.

The cretin who promised me that my details were removed from their upgrade list clearly can't be trusted.

I called 011 676 5000 & asked to speak to a director. I expressly stated that I do NOT want the call centre.

They directed my call to the call centre. I asked to be redirected to reception & was cut off. 9mins.

I called back immediately. Same story. Repeatedly transferred to call centre. Repeatedly asked to be connected to reception for a director. Repeatedly heard that a fireman extinguished a truck fire with beer & that Italian is more popular than Greek & that it's better to water the soil rather than leaves & that virgins care about the environment (but not their customers) & a host of other inane between ringing sounds.

They cut me off after 54minutes!
