Moved into a new place over the weekend of 2013-02-23. I phoned Telkom on the Monday (25th Feb 2013) to get my line transferred to my new home. Telkom informed me that Afrihost have to call them first to get the ADSL removed off the current line in order to transfer the line to my new place. I phoned Afrihost on the same day (25th Feb 2013) to please call Telkom and remove the ADSL of the line. A week later I cancelled all my services with Afrihost due to nobody calling Telkom or getting back to me.

It's 2 weeks later now and I am still the proud owner of a LIVE Telkom line functioning in a home where I no longer stay... :-(
