Moved, and still no Telkom line, after 2 months

At first I was really impressed. You can go online and asked that Telkom transfer your line to your new address if you are moving. I got a reference number and even a date when the technician was going to come on the 15th of April 2013. But then the date came and passed, no Telkom. I phoned and was told there was a problem and as soon as they fixed it, a technician would come. I even went as far as to go to head office in in Stellenbosch, spoke to a manager there and was promised that it would be sorted as soon as possible. Even though I notified them 30 days before I moved, it is now 2 months later, and I still dont have a Telkom line. I do not have internet access. All of the sudden I hear nothing from Telkom. I do not get ANY feedback.
I can now understand why people hate dealing with Telkom. There is no service delivery AT ALL!!! It really that you have to complain till you are blue in the face before anyone will give you the service you are paying for.
