Telkom won't allow Afrihost to migrate a DSL line

I have been trying to migrate my DSL from Telkom to Afrihost.

Telkom have cancelled the data portion of my Telkom DSL plan and still have my home DSL active, which is correct, but Afrihost cannot expedite the migration of the DSL line from their side to themselves. They (Afrihost) keep on getting a Telkom system response - "Unfeasible, due to a pending order on the line", and are unable to continue.
I have spent numerous hours holding on (average 30 to 45 minutes!) to speak to an operator on the 10210 call centre. I have also contacted Telkom individuals on their direct lines at various departments such as Liason/ARS and Cancellations. Every Telkom individual to-date has assured me that there are no "pending orders" on my number and that there should be no reason why Afrihost cannot proceed with the migration.

Noone at Telkom has the knowledge or training to be able to explain why Afrihost are getting the above error message from the Telkom system. It's not an Afrihost IT issue as they have a direct portal into the Telkom system. It's the Telkom system that is returning the above error message.

Come on Telkom - pathetic service.
I await a speedy answer/resolution from Telkom
