A week with no response

I logged a call on the Telkom website on 9 January. It is now 16 January and except for the automated response I get no response form Telkom!

When I try to find out what is going on - all I get is "we know you have a problem"! This is simply not good enough! I know I have a problem!

I called customer support this morning. After holding on for 15 minutes they eventually answered. Just to tell me they know i have a problem! I must hold on and after holding on and on and on I was eventually cut off.

Oh Nooooo.

Can some human somewhere PLEASE talk to me!
