Last night (25 Feb 2013 at about 20H00) I called Telkom Call Centre because, when i want to browse the internet, i get redirected to a "Telkom Internet Tracking Tool" page, where i need to log into my Telkom Usage, i called 10210 and was on hold for -20 Min, when a lady answered and i asked her for the username and password, First she tells she tells me that, she can only give me my username. after getting a bit stroppy with her, she asked me what i wanted my password to be, once i have logged on, she transferred me to the internet department. after holding for another -30 min, Jeffery eventually answered the phone. i had a quick word with him, and he explained, that my internet has been cut off at 99 gig (i have an UNCAPPED package). At 21H00, he told me to please hold, his going to speak to the technician, after holding for another 30 Min in silence, i eventually hung up. I then called back, and was told the Call Centre was closed. This is unacceptable.. I feel that I was left hanging like an whilst the Telkom went on home.
