NO RESPONSE from Call Centre OR Website!

Hi,
I have been trying for almost 2 weeks to get hold of Telkom to process a order to move a line to a new address:
For three days in a row I attempted to get help via 10210. After holding on each time for almost an hour, I still did not get through to a consultant.
Eventually, I find the link, which is difficult to find, on their website to put the order it, which I did. (This was Friday the 22nd).
I call Telkom (and they actually answer!) on the Monday to confirm that the order went through, they tell me to wait until Tuesday to receive a sms. Which I didn't, so I sit on the phone for another hour and a half hoping to get through. No luck.
Next, I log another request on the website and again wait for the confirmation sms. Nothing.
Today I go onto the website to track the order - my order does not even appear there! AGAIN, I dial 10210 and hold on for an hour before giving up.
This is BEYOND ridiculous!! Telkom's complete and utter inability to provide customer service leaves one speechless. And this is the telecommunications giant of our country??? Really...
