BAD Service again

After my follow up as per query I am still experiencing threat and legal proceeding as per my complicated account,
I wish there was a manager who I can liaise with to resolve my account once and for all, I spoke to Leadri who as well doesnt care about the complexity of my account, herewith below some of my communication BELOW date 19/12/2013, today i received another threatening sms of legal proceeding today,

Ever since I highlighted my frustration, all the correspondence is basically saying the same things,
To date I paid a R1000.00 into your account to show that I am not resisting to pay you but need clarity on who choose packages for client and what criteria is followed,
My story again, : my contract was initially a corporate account because it was a company cellphone, when I left the company in August my ex manager requested that I take over the contract, which I signed down with the company and I took over the contract, spoke to Shenal who assisted me with the transition which didn't go very well, I was cut off for two weeks or so, which was reinstated, after that I had to upgrade since the devise was going to be due within the transitioning period
