58 hours of waiting for technician

Our telephone wire fell and then our wi-fi was disconnected. We called Telkom on tues (14/01) at around 11am and they said their technicians would come during the course of the day. No one came. We called again on wed (15/01) at around 2pm abd they told us the same thing. Once again, no one came. We called yet AGAIN today at around 11am and this time they said they will send technicians before the end of the working day and once again NO ONE CAME. This is fustrating as my fam uses the internet for work purposes so we need this matter to be attended to ASAP.
