Technicians to lazy to do Installation

I ordered a business line/ADSL beginning of August 2013, and the consultant told me that the installation takes 7 - 21 working days, it is now the 25 September and the installation has not been completed. Technicians were sent out, the 1st set of technicians came and did absolutely nothing besides stand and look a a wall, they said that they cannot do the installation and that they need to call their supervisor. I'm still waiting to hear from that supervisor. I called Telkom again and the consultant said that they will send someone else, still waiting for the someone else. I called again and spoke to a consultant who said she was going to escalate to some one higher, They have finally sent a technician who has the same comment as the 1st set of technicians he needs to call his supervisor. The reason being he can't run the cable from the box to the business which is 30 meters away. I then told him that I will run the cable myself which I have done without the technician there because he had some business elsewhere, and it took no more then an hour, and they still going to charge me an installation fee. All this even though I have spent so much time and money calling them endlessly.
