Telkom WORST Telecommunication company!!!

3-4 Months ago my telephone line had this awful scratching noise in the background and this scratching also made my internet connection TERRIBLE!! So I called Telkom and needless to say I was waiting for an operator for over 10 minutes but I eventually got into contact with someone and explained everything to them and they told me a technician will come out as soon as possible. I had 3 technicians here, all of them found the "problem" in completely different places... but finally the last guy guy fixed the problem... or so it seemed.

Now here I am ONLY 3 months later and the same problem is back again!!! I just called Telkom and again I waited for 15 minutes and still no answer! This is pathetic I mean seriously!!! How can you do business like this?!?!
