Can you believe it, great service

I was preparing myself for a disaster today (21 Aug 2013) after finally getting word that the Telkom technician could come and install the telephone and ADSL line at our house. We had put in the order 1 August 2013. I called the Telkom residential line to double check the time of arrival and Thandiwe was pleasant and double checked that the technician would arrive in the morning. Telkom Terrance showed up in the morning (9ish), and got working at the line. He even went out back and hung up the drooping telephone wire in a higher spot. He was also as pleasant as Thandiwe and got the phone and ADSL line working before 11am! I am so pleased to be one who can compliment their efficient service.
