Every month there is a problem with either the internet server being down, or/and not being able to receive emails. In this day and age this should not be happening so frequently. When I called the call centre at 8 am, my first 2 calls were "dropped", so for the 3rd time, I had to go through the whole thing again, "press this", "press that". By the 3rd time you are more than aggravated! Then you hold on for ages, and when you get through they tell you the "server is down" but the technicians are working on it. Try in an hour! Do they realize how much business one can lose in an hour!!! This is so frustrating - not being able to send or receive emails.
So, to be proactive, send out an sms message - "our server is down-technicians are working on it".
When the server is working again, "our server is up and running again". I am concerned "this service" may be like the rest of the service in S.A. that "doesn't work"!! Maybe time to change...?
