Once agin the bad service continues. Since yesterday 15/01/2014 I could not use my data again. After being promised by Jerry who called me on the 3rd of jan 2014 that I will not have this problem again this month, I'm having it now. He was also going to give me 500MB of data for the data that I lost out on from december, which was more than 1GIG that I lost. This was also never given to me. I am really getting very irritated with cell c and the service they give to their customers. I phoned in yesterday and I asked to have a manager call me back to resolve the problem, but no one called me. This morning I called. In again and spoke to a Thabang who had a very bad attitude and kept speaking over me. I. Eventually hanged up. I want to have this problem resolved and not by costing me more. Their service and promises are not what its suppose to be. This is a serious matter as cell c is a very well known name and has plenty of customers but don't know how to treat their customers. Hope this can be resolved soon.
