Ordered and paid for a USB modem (Invoice No E0301722) and given account number 91936363.Apart from initial
email from them I have heard nothing more. Phoned the number 0821945 quoted on invoice but they couldn't trace the order. Was told to phone 0829111 but they couldn't help. Phoned 0821945 again and they said they would send a message to the Sales Dept as sales don't have a Call Centre??? The lady said that Sales would contact me immediately as they are very efficient. Well needless to say it's now 8 hours later and I haven't been contacted. Also sent emails to online shop and Support but no response. What I need to know is where is the modem and if it can't be delivered immediately they must tell me so and refund me so that I can buy one elsewhere.
