Worst Online Shopping Expierience

I am SO disappointed in 5 Rooms, they cannot let you know when your order will be delivered as their system are a mess!

Then the waybill was not captured!

Then they promise to phone you back, which they don't

Then you phone again to let you know when you will receive delivery, and I am still waiting!

Disgusted! I will NEVER use 5 Rooms to order ANYTHING, I rather pay the extra money and order somewhere else! The worst online shopping I have EVER experienced!
