No feedback to Online Purchase

On 27 Dec 13 I ordered a product online. There was an end-year special advertised- any purchases over R8500 would get free delivery. I registered myself as online shopper on their online shop, paid the full amount R15500, did't get credited with the free delivery and was charged R475 for delivery.
At this time I had a query which I emailed to the Gauteng branch- 15 days later I still have not had acknowledgement of my email.

I have not had any feedback as to when my purchase will be delivered (15 days later). But it gets worse... when we contacted the Gauteng Coricraft Queries the lady answering the phone asked why we were doing online shopping? She again asked me why I do online shopping and told me how unsafe it is to do online shopping. She then went on to say that they didn't have the product that I ordered because the online site has not been updated.

As a customer, why do I have to follow up on my order? Could I not at least get a response to my two email queries?
