Sandton vodacare poor performance

This will be my 3rd complaint within the last few weeks due to the poor performance and told to me by Abdul the manager at sandton vodacare. After he has seen my phone be replaced 3 times and numerous software upgrades which i lost all info from... He advised me to book in my phone again and he would escalate the issue for head office to swap the unit for a different brand. When i finally got thru to Granny who was dealing with the complaint at escalations she informed me that there was no request sent from abdul... so someone is lying to me. On the numerous occasions i tried to call Granny at escalations i was told that the matter was with granny and she was aware that i did not want the bb q10 phone back, so to my surprise when we finally chatted she was very happy about the fact that she got me a replacement bb q10. She denied the fact of my request for another unit and told me the phone needs to be less than 6 months pld to be swapped for another brand. Ive had the contract for a year and have recieved 3 different bb q10... Now you tell me how long ive had each one for? I will be seeking legal assistance on this matter from tomorrow the 17th jan.
