I booked my Blackberry 9720 cellphone on Sunday Job 9570795 I told the lady that this phone was replaced by vodacom last year and that it is a brand new unit so no history would be found on the problems i have had over the last year with this phone. I told the lady to look on the cellphone number 0827229751 and the other imei numbers would be found as this is the 4th phone that was replaced but NO she does not and One day later I get the phone back still doing the same thing! This is most pathetic service I ever got at Vodacom. I had to drive all the way from the westrand to waist my time as the phone is still switching off/still heating up/No network still! What else must I do for Vodacom to listen? Go to the newspaper??
