I am trying to renew my business contract with MTN-SP.

I have now sent numerous emails to them and there is just a don't care attitude with the company in general.
This is not the first time I have had problems, but there is just no care when it comes to customer service.
I have emails going back to 2009 where every time I request a service such as a phone repair or a new phone it has to take threats and escalations to get service.

My current attempt to get my contract renewed started on the 17th of September 2013 to request a price list and contract renewal options. I AM STILL WAITING!
I cannot get hold of a contact number to escalate this matter, and the team leader also does not care about any helping either, or is just not available.
I wonder whose strings were pulled for them to get recognised as the TOP brand in South Africa?
