PATHETIC SERVICE... NO CUSTOMER CARE..NO RESOLUTION

In the past year my 3 x Blackberry's have been replaced no less then 8 times...
with regards to my 2 x 8520 I have been complaining about poor battery life for the past 4 months!!!
however all of a sudden last week they finally decided to check the batteries only to tell me... the phones are just over 1 year old and the warranty on the batteries have expired... I mean honestly... Vodacare are... I have escalated the matter to A.R.C but to No Avail... I have requested Commercial pack replacements but to no avail... everytime the phone goes back they replace it with another unit... I have lost track on how many times the units have been replaced... once again the units have gone back... and it is another 10 day period before it comes back.. and im sure it will give problems again...

the same with my 9810... this unit must have been replaced over 10 times in the past year... but Vodacare refuses to assist...

stick with Cell C.. guys... they actually have customer care.. when it comes to resolving issues with phones!!! my worst mistake was to think Vodacom had customer service...
