I just upgraded and I'm so angry and disappointed with Vodacom. And the fact that I just upgraded makes it a million times worse cause this is clearly the type of service I'll be receiving for another 24 months. I upgraded and a new phone was delivered 25/07 (BlackBerry Q5) and it came with a microsim, I contacted @Vodacom111 via twitter and did a sim swap. Turned on the phone and it was giving me issues, couldn't find a mobile network, I put it away took it out again 28/07, same issue. Back to @Vodacom111 and the girl I spoke to said I need airtime and/or data for the phone to setup. Got both went back to her and she couldn't explain why it wasnt working. I asked her to check if the sim swap was done correctly and she said "Oops, it wasn't" She sim swapped again, told me to switch it off, back on again after an hour and I did, IT STILL WASN'T WORKING. Took it to Vodacare Shop in Centurion ITS STILL NOT WORKING!!! Vodacare said Vodacom must come collect the phone from me and give me a new one. Everytime I call Vodacom they say they'll call me to arrange for the phone to be picked up, I'M SITTING ALMOST A FULL WEEK WITH A PHONE THAT DON'T WORK!!! REF: S3-TVD2E-ELSF
