Phone Went In And Came Back In Poor Condition!

Telecommunications

This is the response I got to my previous complaint "Kindly note that we appreciate for bringing this matter to our attention soon. Lenasia shop received your phone on 18 June 2013.(see attached P.O.D) They kept it till the 17th July to let you know it's ready for collection. Front cover, track pad & battery was replaced on your handset and they were new. If there was a problem with the phone on arrival Lenasia would have notified us within 24hours of receiving so we can resolve the matter before they call you. This is the standard procedure that the shop knows. We did not receive a complain till now, which means everything was in good condition on arrival at Lenasia shop. Lenasia shop must take responsibility, not you or us. Feel free to contact Abdul the manager " This means the phone was waiting for a month. Why is Vodacom bringing me into their problems? This is not customer service. Vodacoms mess up has nothing to do with me. I called Abdul on the 19/07/2013, he wants to collect the device and repair it when it was not damaged in the first place. Why must I take a phone that is repaired when it was never damaged in the first place. I already waited 6 weeks, now I must wait more!!!
