Telkom Service Shocking!!!

I've ordered a Telkom land-line 2.5 months ago. When Telkom eventually arrived at my premises the technician found that one of the Telkom sleeves was blocked and could not pull the cable through. He gave me his number and promised me this will be resolved ASAP. After numerous phone calls nothing was happening so I asked him how this issue can be escalated so that it can be resolved. He started yelling at me and told me I'm not his boss and if I escalate it he will do nothing further from his side. I calmly told him that he seems to forget that he was talking to the client in which he responded by putting down the phone in my ear. I reported this incident in which Telkom sent other technicians who found exactly the same problem, so there is obviously no internal communication. After explaining to Telkom several times what the issue is and a lot of waiting they managed to send out contractors to clear the sleeve. Now 2.5 months, 24 calls and 2 store visits later I still don't have my Telkom line. Each time I ask my order to be escalated I'm told Telkom will come back to me regarding my order but they never do!
