Extremely Poor Service

On Monday 06 January 2014, I reported a fault to Telkom, that my landline and ADSL service had failed. I have phoned the call centre on at least 10 occasions over the last week only to be told that this a bulk problem and that a technician would contact me. The issue is still not resolved.
It really appears to me that Telkom could not give continental hoot about their customers, do not bother to give feedback until the customer contacts them. I ensure that I pay my bill religiously on a monthly basis, why can they not grant their valued customers the same type of service. Oh, I forgot - its because of their monopoly of the market
