I have requested a ADSL line to be installed and it was approved by Telkom, a sms was sent to me on the 15/01/2014 - Telkom will send a representative to install the new line. The technician (ANWAR) came to my home and left without any explanation.
My Husband called him the next day to query the problem and he just hung up!!!
After numerous calls to Telkom nothing was resolved. Approximately a week later 28/01/2014 I received another sms confirming that a technician will be sent to our premises on the 29/01/2014. I took a day's leave to ensure that someone is at home when the technician arrives, however no one came. I called Anwar on the 30/01/2014 thinking that he is the designated technician and he became extremely abrupt saying that he's not doing that job and that we are wasting Telkom's money as the people would be the cables again (who is he to make that call?) furthermore he said that it was discussed that no one of the technicians will be doing our ADSL?

DOES TELKOM NOT WANT OUR BUSINESS and does Anwar have the finale say lol

I am totally disgusted with the way we were treated and hope someone will get back to me as soon as possible to resolve this matte
