Telkom ADSL line not working for a month

On 8 January 2014 I reported a ADSL line that is so slow that you can't download even emails for a month. ( My network operator explained the problem to telkom, as we had the same problem 2 years ago, and had to battle for more than a week to have it fixed after telkom has send about 5 technicians and they discovered that the fault was at the exchange box then). We got a ref no.233CTK080114 and was promised that a technician will be send, my cellphone number was given so he could let me know so that my network operator could be present and help him solve the problem. Nothing happened. 10 January 2014 I reported the problem again, ref 82CTK100114, not resolved. On 14 January 2014 reported it again, telkom told me that they will use the same ref. 82CTK100114 and will resolve the problem within 5 working days. On 22 January 2014 I again called Telkom, spoken to Eugene, explained my problem. He will escalate the problem and have the Lephalale area manager give me a call. During the day I did receive a call from this "area manager", I again explained the problem, he will follow up. On 23 January 2013 we again reported the problem, ref 556657798,
the problem is still not resolved!!!
