ADSL Fault not resolved 8 days late

I reported an ADSL fault for an end user on 30 January 2014 after doing extensive troubleshooting, confirming with the ISP they don't experience any technical problems and around 4 telephone calls to the Telkom ADSL Helpdesk on 10210.

I obtained a reference number 547CTK300114. For the past 2 days I spent more than 2 hours holding on to follow up with Telkom. Yesterday evening I eventually spoke to Sibonyile and all she could say was that the call is still in hand with the technician. She escalated the call and requested that the technician contact me on my cellphone.

I'm hopefull of getting a response and have the problem resolved.
