Since the 23rd. Of December 2013 our Telkom and ADSL line is faulty. I have reported to Telkom numerous times at least once a day! On 27 of December 2013 they did respond that they found the fault on the line. At first they said that they are deciding whether they were going to replace the cable or install some kind of wifi. On the 14th of january 2014 I received a text saying that Telkom has concluded their investigations and that the cable wil be replaced and the restoration of our service is targeted on 2014/01/18.Today is the 19th of january 2014 almost a month later and we are still without any kind of service. Fed up with Telkom's poor service and non caring attitude towards their paying customers. My business relies on internet and landline usage this forced me to do ALL of my business on my cellphone shooting my bills through the roof!!!
I would appreciate it if anybody for Telkom would please be so kind to give me an update on this matter as it is VERY urgent!
