DISGUSTING SERVICE AND INCORRECT BILLING

My brother took a contract for my mother with Vodacom as she never wanted to change service providers with the number 0825637795. recently in November my mother was in 30 days arrears (line suspended and all) and was charged a return debit fee of R100, and made a payment, however as the acc was still in arrears vodacom decided to have FIVE debit orders of R322.80 EACH GO OFF WITHOUT HER/MY BROTHERS PERMISSION OR ANY FORM OF NOTIFICATION in Dec the 4th even though there was only a balance of R584.20. now recently in December the 27th the acc was brought up to date and the line was STILL suspended and we were charged a suspension lift charge of R10 in Dec AND Jan. so now Vodacom decided to not have a debit order go through in Jan without notifying us to pay via cash going forward which then puts the acc in ARREARS AGAIN! What upsets me the most is that we received an sms stating that the number will be deactivated tomorrow on the 15th although no one wants to take responsibility for this service. Customer care doesnt know anything and cannot answer questions stating that accounts will assist, then Collections Supervisor Rishaad who is very arrogant refuses to assist too.
