Vodacom
From suspension to deleted in three weeks??

Telecommunications

On the 3/4/2013 I received an SMS from Vodacom stating that my account was in arrears for an amount of R2370.44 . Unfortunately I could not get to my local Standard bank branch to make the payment as promised and my line was suspended. With all due respect I understand that but what I do not understand is how in the space of three weeks from that date my line was suspended I made a payment of R1000, only for my phone number to be deleted and then after making another payment of R1500 totaling R2500 (R129.56 over what I owed) I now get told today that in order for my line to be reactivated I have to go to a vodacom store and reapply for my contract that I'm still being charged for but can't use??? I know I obviously owe for April now even tho my line was cut the whole of April (obviously), but have not recieved an email account yet even though we are in May. I refuse to reapply for my contract. They have my details. How is it legal for me to have to keep my payments up for the remainder of my contract if I can't use my phone and I'm not getting my contract value because Vodacom has deleted my number? Next question how on earth is Voacom going to contact me now???
