I reported MTN in December and this was the reply i got: Hello Unhappy73, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes. The matter has been escalated to the billing management team for urgent investigation. What a joke! Frustrated is not the word.i am quite sure that this is a general auto reply that MTN has to hush customers for a while. I tried contacting the 808 nr to follow up. I was told to wait as my feedback period (which changed from 3-5 to 10- 5 working days) is not over yet. I tried to explain to MTN what my query is since 2nd of December via mail and calls and was told to wait for bill run. which i did and i am still waiting. when i called last week and asked to speak to the supervisor i was asked to explain my query. which i did for the 1000th time in the last 7 weeks. the reply was that i was being technical! They ask you what wrong and when you explain you get a remark like that. MTN is going down the drain. I am growing old waiting for a reply.
