Posted a report Monday 06 May 2013 regarding my cellphone been suspended, i got a response from my post on hellopeter on the Wdnesday 8th May 2013 advising the below: Terribly sorry for the inconnvenience experienced. The matter has been escalated to the billing management team for investigation... They will contact you directly with feedback and a action plan, Regards Mantoa REQ:2113315... Its been 3days since that respond from MTN and NOBODY has contacted me, throughout all this i cannot use my phone. Why cant mtn provide a service of doing a dbl debit if you miss one..My premuim and what i signed up for was R189. and sufficient enough there was enough funds available to do the debit but now iam been debited R248 without notification..MTN was quick to suspend my line and now i wait till somebody calls me to explain the reasons and still my line will be suspened..THANKS VERY MUCH MTN, considering changing networks now... 6days without any call...
