SECOND BLACKBERRY Z10 FROM CELL C PACKS UP

I took out a new Cell C contract for a BB Z10 in April 2013. Within a month the first phone's internal speaker packed up. I had to wait 3 weeks for a replacement. Now the external speaker on the second handset has just packed up!!! Kindly cancel my contract so that I can get a new handset that doesn't fail every few months!
