THIS IS A MAIL I POSTED ON H-PETER AND THE REPLY BACK FROM MTN.PROBLEM IS THE PROBLEM IS STILL NOT SORTED OUT AS THEY HAD NOT MADE ANY CONTACT OR GAVE ME ANY FEEDBACK.

CLEAR SHAMPOO IS RUNNING A COMPETITION WHERE YOU NEED TO SMS.IN THEIR RULES IT SAY THE COST OF THE SMS IS R1-50.
BUT MY SERVICE PROVIRDER CONFIRMED THAT THEY CHARGE ME R20-00 PER SMS.I HAVE SEND A LOT OF SMSE.
IS THIS NOT A FORM OF FROM MTN AS THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN CLEAR (UNILEVER) AND THEM IS THAT THE COST WILL BE R1-50 PER SMS.
SHOULD THEY NOT BE TAKEN TO COURT FOR???
