Where is my data!!!

Every month I pay for data on my cellphone contract to be preloaded as part of my recharge and every month for the past few months I get none! Then I call the call centre. Then I get the run around. Then I hopefully get my data. Some months I don't and get frustrated by having to keep calling so I don't. Then my airtime gets used for data and o land up having to recharge mid month.

Mtn are dishonest corporate citizens who take money and don't give me my value or service in exchange or uphold their agreements.
