Airtime has priority over Data bundle for internet

I bought a Data bundle card in 9th May, and it said I will get 100Mb every month for a year. The first month was ok, and I got a sms that said I have 100Mb for the month. And then the next month I got another sms said I got 100Mb for that month. But in fact I didn't get it. I recharge my airtime to R150 and then all of the airtime had gone when I connect to the internet.
The third month I didn't get a sms anymore. It's wired. So I went to Clearwater mall to ask for help. They said I need to enter *111# to get the data. And then it shows I got 199.89Mb now. But when I enter *100#, it still show no data. Anyway I can use the data connect again. You colleague said the 199.89Mb is for the month and last month. This is the reason I didn't get it last month. That means I didn't use the data bundle. All of the data I used was from my airtime, even this month before I went to your shop.
So please check in your system and change the priority for internet connection lest I will lost money again. And also please give me back my airtime R150. This is the thing you should be responsible for.
