DATA Taken away???

I have signed a 24 month contract with a 250 meg data per month for 24 months as a promo on the contract, ie, I GET the data. I also requested that on TOP of the 250 meg I get, that a 500meg be loaded as well. Now, for the past 2 months I did NOT get my 250 meg??? That is now 500 meg in total of my promo data? I have run out of data and NOW have to pay R2 PER MEG!!! Because?? Someone at Vodacom CANNOT do their job.
Please sort this out and give my 500 meg that I have lost BACK to me.
