Failure to Deliver on Data Contract

On 18 June 2012, my husband and I purchased a prepaid 12 month data contract with Cell C, from Cavendish Mall. They were supposed to upload 2GB of data monthly. We first had a problem with this when, suddenly, in early December, the data stopped coming through. After a protracted exchange with Cell C, it turned out that they had given us the wrong Sim Card (a phone Sim, which requires that you upload airtime every 6 months in order for it to remain active, instead of a data Sim). They said they would reset the Sim so that it would not cut off again. Now, in May 2013, when we were supposed to receive our last remaining 2GB, we did not. We have again had a protracted exchange with Cell C (including expensive cellphone calls) but they have been unresponsive and refuse to give us our final 2GB of data on our contract. Given how poor the data service has been all the while, and the fact that we paid for this 2GB which we have not received, we insist that Cell C either provide us our due 2GB of data service or a refund.
