I would like to immediately cancel the R89 mobile dongle I purchased in November 2013 due to not being able to use the device at all and it being extremely unreliable and un beneficial to me. Since I got the device in November I was not able to use it efficiently at all as you can note from my data usage. I contacted your store in canal walk and they advised me to call the technical department and I've done so on numerous occasions. I spoke to several technical guys to determine what the problem could be as you can see from my record. Various troubleshooting was done such as trying to manually connect, uninstalling and reinstalling the device yet nothing worked at all. There were instances where I got the connection but was not able to browse any web pages. And all the while trying to connect the signal on the connection box was full, so this was not an issue of not network coverage.

This became extremely frustrating as the sole purpose of me getting this "deal" as you guys so nicely put it in your ad was so that I would be able to access my work from home which is of utmost importance. I tried calling your store in december for a technical person to be available for me yet this
