Promises not kept

Regarding the previous report I posted regarding the Cell C agent, a manager did call me and make promises to me regarding this - amongst these he said i would be refunded the last 3 months getit fee - i am still waiting for this to happen! I have even emailed your'll and no one has gotten back to me as yet.
