Good evening, I came into your shop last week to purchase an 8ta starter pack. I asked the lady that assisted me about the connection in my area. The advised me that the coverage is very good. Ever since the day i connected it i have been having Internet problem. I use the Internet for my business and this is really reflecting bad on me as i always get disconnected all the time while i'm busy on a Skype call. I have meetings with people overseas. I have decided to connect onto Skype using my mobile device as the Internet connection is very BAD and Slow. Please connect me ASAP as i am a very angry customer and do not like this service. She should have told me the Internet connection is bad in my area i would have not purchased this starter pack.

Hope to hear from you soonest as i am going to take this up with your head office. Honest is the keep to make a customer happy not to try and push her sale with me and waste my time. I have spent so much purchasing data for my mobile device so that i can be able to have my meeting. I have to block my calls so that i can be able to connect to Skype on my mobile device. VERY VERY ANGRY
