Cell C extremely poor service

I acquired a new 3G contract from Cell C on the 1st of August 2013. The sales person at Ilanga Mall Cell C Nelspruit assured me that there is good network coverage in Barberton. From day one it was clear that there was very poor and mostly no signal. It would take 5 minutes to open our home screen and any other attempts to work online or check emails etc would not work or take extremely long. We phoned the call centre on numerous occasions and got send from one useless consultant to the next, eventually landing up at the technical department where we had to run through various pc checks, upgrades, defrags etc. This still has not sorted out the problem and a formal complaint was faxed to the technical department mid August as requested by Cell C. In the meantime we have contacted them on 4 occasions and we are continually told that they are escalating the problem, that it is still with the technical department. I am therefore since 1 August paying my monthly fee for this 2gig 3G package that is not functioning and I perceive this as great misconduct and in essence. We were contacted on 11/09 to be told a technician has to come out and assess. Still waiting... still no network!
