Drifta issue not adressed

On the 28th of July i have activate my dstv compact package and dstv mobile drifta package. I have checked relevant drifta pakage in store in westgatemall and it is working perfrectly. I checked coverage map for signal and stated my area is covered.on the 3/aug i was assisted with a technical person who stutters could not catch his name.the technical services was appalling as i told him on numerous occasion that i have and issue with a drifta and not a decoder whilst he continued giving troubleshooting steps for a decorder. My area is covered for this particular device as i checked coverage map.loaded it on 2 laptops and two other desktop same issue weak signal error.my request was please assist me tell me what i need to do etc buy a signal booster, swap device as it not older that two months. I am very frustrated with the mentality of multichoice, do they even consider us as human being or numbers. my concern is i am paying for a service which i am not receiving. An on top of it i have escalated the caller on Sunday guess what no call back so hence once again i need to perform a follow-up. Thanking you in advance.
