account was opened on my name using a fake ID in 2012. I have emails stating that the matter has been resolved however my name is still listed on ITC that I have to pay R1100.00 to Vodcam. This needs to be removed ASAP as it is affecting my credit applications with the banks and other organizations. To date I have not received any responses from the emails that I have sent through. I need this matter dealt with urgently. I need a letter that was promised to me over a year ago to be sent stating that this matter has been dealt.
