I have been trying to no avail to get Telkom to repair my land line problem since November last year.
I have phone so many times and have so many report numbers I dont think anything gets done.
I have escalated the problem time and again to no avail. Sometimes i do get a line but that might be only for 5 minutes. My line has now been permanently off since beginning of the year.
Have they got no one that know what the are doing? are they so incompetent that no one know how to fix my fault?
I dont know any other way to escalate my problem any further thus Hello Peter and hopefully I might get someone that might help me. The thing that really gets me is that every time I have to use my mobile and it takes about 20 minutes on average before any one answers and you could be on the line for another half hour after that. Do I submit my Nov, Dec & Jan account to Telkom and get them to pay for it?
