Rude behaviou

Last week I went to the Vodacom shop in the mall at Three Rivers mall to ask about my Blackberry a very unpleasant lady told me to come back the next day for the technician. I went back the next day, the technician was very friendly and said I just had to buy some bis and I ended up with that same unpleasant lady this time even worse I gave her my cell number and then I stand there and wait and she just left me and went back to her desk without saying a word then I noticed all staff wear there there name tags around there necks except this lady. The other lady asked her if she solved my problem and she just said yes not even to me.
