ADSL dropping call since November 2013

Hello. I would like to submit a report on how poor my Telkom service has been at my current residence since November 2012. I am currently a premium account holder with a 4MB ADSL line. My line drops and losses connectivity everyday and the service is even poorer over weekends - I cant watch a youtube video of 5 minutes or play online games without the line dropping (during anytime during the day) I have logged a fault every week since the beginning of the year (2013). To date, Telkom have been to my residence twice and both times they say they "have fixed the problem" yet the loss of connectivity continues. The last I heard from them was that the underground cable needs to be fixed but that was 3 weeks ago and YES my line is still faulty. What can I do?
