I always have problems with my internet, every time i phone them i have to speak to at least 3 different persons before someone knows whats wrong, only to find out it's always a mistake on their side. I am so fed up with this bad service and wish to cancel my contract. Today was the same thing over, the 3rd person i spoke to informed me that my services were suspended and they are so sorry but they don't know why as all my payments are in order and up to date, "sorry for the inconvenience".
